No! Genetics are a roll of the dice.
Plus, less progressive societies usually, incorrectly, believe the man has the stronger genes. So this isn’t even a widely held belief. A common belief is that the father decides the race, which is stupid.
On the flip side, Serena Williams and her husband, Alexis Kerry Ohanian, their children (she had another baby) are lighter in skin tone:
These kids are neither White/Black, they’re them, mixed/biracial/whatever you’d like to label it. They are uniquely them.
Seal is a Black man and had children with his ex. Heidi Klum, a White woman.
